The assessment of learning during the Extended Professional Practice (EPP) is fundamental to your development throughout the professional practice (i. internship/campus-based professional experience) and the course as a whole. You should aim to complete this academic learning agreement during the first two weeks of your professional practice through consultation with your academic supervisor and workplace mentor. This learning agreement forms an important part of the professional practice experience and enables you to effectively build on what you have learned during the taught part of the course. It is also linked to your M125LON Postgraduate Professional Practice Project report. You will generate a synthesised reflection to confirm achievement of the SMART objectives set in your PPLA.
The professional practice learning agreement covers the key areas of learning objectives, strategies and evidence of achievement. You are expected to reflect on your achievements, the strengths and areas for development, against the SMART objectives set in this learning agreement and the subject of your degree to facilitate the achievement of the learning objectives. Personal SWOT analysis is a good starting point for preparing a learning agreement for your professional practice.

Comments:
Performance skill Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat Self-management Managing my time well in terms of deadlines, meetings and working hours.
I sometimes find it difficult to cope with sudden changes in my plans, which makes me less flexible in teamwork situations.
My ability to work structured with a positive attitude will be an opportunity to be seen as reliable and advance quickly within the company.
If I am under a lot of stress, it will affect my judgement. I feel less motivated if I feel that I am not growing.
Managing Tasks Ability to work in a structured way; prioritising tasks and making sure everything is done within a reasonable time frame.
I become self-conscious and start doubting my work, if I have not been able to discuss my direction and coverage.
My ability to work independently will be an opportunity to manage assigned tasks well and gain more dependability.
Sometimes I struggle to focus on several big projects at once, so making good progress in my internship with several projects at the same time, may be a challenge for me.
Communication Good at communicating through visuals; drawing models, illustrating and making good overview.
I like to explain and go through my thought process, but that might not always be the most time effective way.
I usually adapt quite quickly, so I will be able to get used to the way colleagues communicate quickly.
Getting used to correct terminology and using the appropriate way to communicate in different contexts.
I prefer face-to-face conversations or communicating through writing, I avoid phone conversations if I can.
